RISE Edibles

Well it looks like I've hit the first challenge of my journey to starting a cannabis edibles business - I need a new name! Green Thumb Industries acquired Rise Dispensaries and will come out with their own line of edibles. I can't compete with a multi state operator with deep pockets. I'm brainstorming with my design team for a name that sounds right for the brand. If you've got any suggestions, please do send them to me. Thanks again for all your support! Best, D

Welcome to the blog! Hi everyone, please let me introduce the RISE Edibles blog !  If you're reading this, you know what I've been up to for the past few weeks and  I've probably reached out for help, expertise or to bitch about something.  This is my way of keeping everyone up to date on what's happening with Rise Edibles and hear your comments / suggestions. Please do speak up if you've got something to add and thanks for all the help!  Industry While January of 2020 seems the earliest we will see legal recreational cannabis sales, I'm excited by the progress made and heartened to hear that things are moving forward.  There was some great progress in Trenton this week as Senate President Stephen Sweeney and Governor Murphy have come to an agreement on how taxation and regulation could work after legalization.
